These terms apply whenever you use this website or engage carrd.in for a website design project. By confirming a quote or making a payment, you agree to the terms below. If anything here is unclear, write to us before proceeding.
carrd.in designs and builds single-page websites, along with optional add-ons such as copywriting, additional pages, and ongoing care plans, as described on our Services and Pricing pages. The exact scope of your project will be confirmed by email before work begins.
Quotes are provided based on the information you share with us and are confirmed in writing before work starts. Unless otherwise agreed, projects require an advance payment to begin, with the balance due before final launch or file handover. Prices are in Indian Rupees unless a USD quote has been agreed for international clients.
Each plan includes a set number of structured revision rounds, as described on the Pricing page. Additional rounds beyond those included can be purchased separately. Requests that meaningfully expand the original scope (new sections, added pages, new functionality) will be quoted as a change to the project rather than treated as a revision.
You're responsible for providing content, images, and any assets needed for your page, and for confirming you have the right to use them. If you'd like us to write copy or source stock imagery on your behalf, that's available as a paid add-on.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith and depend on how quickly content and feedback are provided. Delays in receiving content or revision feedback from your side may extend the project timeline accordingly.
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final page's code and design, as delivered, transfers to you. Any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or components we use to build it remain our own general know-how and are not exclusive to any one client.
You may cancel a project at any time before completion by writing to us. See our Refund Policy for how payments already made are handled.
We aim to deliver a well-built, functioning website, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, or traffic levels resulting from your website. To the extent permitted by law, carrd.in's liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
